Waiting on my bottle, I'll report back. I've been using Acropwer and aqua vitro fuel but these always cause cyano. getting tired of it.

First dose is in. I dosed 7ml for 130G. Can't see a change yet. Pic from today. I'll post back in a week or 2.

I would have to disagree here. My foundation is laid through proper water quality, light, flow, nutrient balance, and stability. Some supplements such as iodine, potassium, strontium, bromine, various bottled bacteria etc... These supplements take time to see the effect. Aminos, IME such as Acropower, bright well, and Aquavitro, show effects almost immediately through increased PE and growth spurts. There is definitely a feeding response, however, in my case (and many others) cyano growth is also an immediate effect. Not expecting an earth changing result, but I respect the fact that Mecoral discloses ingredients, and I will compare against other supplements and give an honest user opinion.

They benefits of supplements are long term is what I was saying. I started dosing amino acids to SPS 27 years ago and still do. That is the point of my comment and I learn about new additives that work all the time. [emoji3]

Well I started back AP 2drops every night. Will see what happens in a month or so

I had the same issue with both of these and quit using them quickly

Reduce the dose. I never base the dose on what a bottle says. You base it on how your aquarium reacts to the dose. Cyno means to much added and not enough water turnover. [emoji3]

While I agree with this generalization that was not the factor in my case. Currently I use Prodibio without the issues

Someone on RC told me the cyano is caused by added vitamin C to amino supplements??? Not sure how true that is.

ELOS AMINOS guys its great product you can see what your adding to tank and ive never (knock on wood ) had any kind cyano outbreaks or anything while using it ...so far i stick with it and not change

I stopped to use for awhile AcroPower. My no3 and po4 changed from 3 / 0.03 to 13 / 0.13

I'm just starting with coral and I really don't know much about feeding them, this video was very helpful. I'm having a bit of trouble with phosphates so I don't want to add anymore than I have to. @marke Can we buy the MECoral amino acids now? Thank you and thanks for another great video @Afishionado!
