It was purchased as 3 separate caps locally. I formed a bridge by aligning them that way--no glue was used. It is reaching for light so hopefully spirals upward.

Plenty of room. Knowing a few friends that work in the industry helps a lot w/ receiving good size starter corals. Thank you.

Eats copepods all day along leftover mysis that hits bottom. It's so active my kids love it.

Here is a pic of the clowns before they dived into the anemone.


Bali P1 Clownfish Pair and a 3rd companion Ocellaris:

These clowns are BEAUTIFUL. The male has so much personality and character with his unique helmet and vampire markings. The female has the cleanest pattern I have ever seen.

NOTE: Having 3 clowns together is usually NOT a good idea. In order for this to work...add them at the same time and make sure there is a size hierarchy so the largest male doesn't transform into a dominant female--hermaphroditism.

The smallest male here has already been paired with the female and we tend to set a transition phase to see if aggression is displayed to determine compatibility. All three are doing well with no fighting whatsoever.

The female will occasionally set her pecking order to show who is boss, but aside from that...friendly. They LOVE the Magnifica and this type of anemone usually achieve best health while hosting.

Three was decided as a choice due to Magnificas known for growing and expanding to a large size. Housing 3 felt right. They are happy with all the real estate.

Where did you get the Magnifica? I have been wanting one when I upgrade to the reefer, but I have one seen one in the year I have been in the hobby. Also afraid to purchase one online even from a reputable store.

Any chance you could take some shots of the current sump setup and your side cabinet? I'm planning a Reefer build as well and love to be inspired.

Also, i has a few specific questions:

What went into your decision to go with the Algae Turf Scrubber over a refugium?

What are you running in the media reactor? (admittedly I may have missed this in an earlier post)

Are you running any magnesium in the calcium reactor or are you doing that separately?
