I have a 7.5g on mine and it is gone in 4 days with 77degree tank water. I think my fish is quite thirsty.Nice! I bet the 9 gallon tank will last a while.
Very nice build you've got going! Its always interesting seeing how others roll out their 250. Have you guys thought about mounting the AFS over the return pump section in the sump? As pellets sink they get sucked up into the display. Not sure it'll work with a manifold but it keeps it out of site.... Not sure if all the food will make it up into the display.
Red media cup, I fill you up....New Update
couple new items for the build

Thanks.. Slowly but surely..... I made sure I had enough space for the AFS and to put my hand back there in case of anything.Build is moving along nicely! I wish I'd left enough room between the back of the tank and the wall to put my AFS on the back of the tank. Unfortunately for me the aquabus cable won't work since its too close!
That's not the final spot for the AFS just placed there for now wanted to see how it looked and wanted to make sure it didn't hit the wall before I fill up the tank with water. I probably will place it on the other side.Very nice build you've got going! Its always interesting seeing how others roll out their 250.
