Reefing Emails: What time is best for you?

Morning and Late night for me, other times are for work and family.

Having said that, I don't receive any R2R emails aside from notifications from threads.

Also, I'm in a different time zone to you guys in the States so I appreciate you can only cater for the majority.

I see the notification of someone posted on a thread i was involved in and check to see what's up, after I deleted the email. Otherwise the notification will still be there.

To be honest I don't want the E/m notices & can't figure out how to stop them . I visit my E/M rarely for business or family stuff.
