^^^^^^^^^Thanks, the Raspberry Burst is so much better than that pic but they are both nice-They came in as wild Aussie pieces to a LFS a few years back and grew them (and everything I have actually) from a small frag.

update

This last weekend I was snowed in-for Portland thats any amount over 3" :tongue: and I've had this on my list for awhile

It took a little longer than expected-I ran into an issue with one frag tank that set me back a day. The dang plumbing took me 6 hours but I kept the Rubbermaid trough up for now which proved to be a smart idea. I would have been screwed if I went with my initial plan to take both frag tanks off line at the same time. Once I ran into my problem with the one tank I only had the one frag tank (not counting the Rubbermaid) and I would not have had a place for all the LPS (yes I have LPS too, not just sticks)

Anyway here are a few pics I took from Sunday onward

And now-as you see I need some frags to feed my addiction (I'm working on that :bigsmile






In the next few weeks the Rubbermaid will be gone and I will duplicate the 2 tank/stand pictured but in the place the Rubbermaid tub is. I'll pull the window A/C and will be using a portable unit instead for the few days I need to cool the room.

The short answer is I'm not oh:

I've spent SO much time on my tank and build this last month the lovely wife that I have and cherish deeply for the last 24 years (in care she sees this :bigsmile: ) has brought it to my attention I've been spending more time with my tanks than the family.

But come on now, my son graduates in 3 months-Ive done my share in raising him well, we've been together 24 years....... where is my time LOL

I don't hunt, fish are go shooting like I used too so I'm home a lot, I gave her a section of my reef.

It would be good to meet a few people up North who I've had positive dealings/trades with and put a face to the avatar.

I believe Roy and a few others will be there representing tho :clap2:

I was thinking of suggesting it would be good for me to go and do some trades because I have more space and it would be a good thing.

I don't know she would have agreed.

I wonder if she would let me convert my Living room into 25'x8'x8' foot tank-the wall I'd need to remove isnt a load bearing, and I think removing a fireplace/chimney wouldn't be tough.

Hmmm I'll need to think of how to pose that thought hahaha
