Anyone purchase from Reefs 2 Go.com? I need to get a number of things (hermits, snails, and the like), and usually use Premium Aquatics because of the proximity to Nashville but they don't have what I want. Any experiences - good, bad, or otherwise - would be appreciated.

Love them guys you will be very happy with what you get .

I personally only like their copepod packs.

I've ordered zoas before and its nothing compared to what they show. I ordered several times because of gift cards they would give as refund.

I had the same experience.

+1 for reefcleaners.org. Maybe should gauge interest in a group buy with them?

We did one in April, but not many people were interested. Maybe more will be now.

reefs2go is awful. dont waste your time or money.

half of my CUC was DOA. this was back about 3 years ago, and they had a buy 1 get 1 deal, so I went with it....never again

Glad I asked. I'm looking for some banded trochus snails as well. The ones I have are great cleaners and reproduce in the aquarium. They're also warmer water snails and are very long-lived. Not a lot of places carry them.

I both like them and don't like them. Everything arrived alive and well. I got a refugium package, pod package and 2 crabs. The pod package had some hitch-hikers I was very unsure about, looked like isopods and beyond that I could not completely identify. My macro algae had a hitch hiking crab that I also could not identify (I put him in the sump but I think I lost him when I cleaned out the sump). I also think, cannot guarantee it, but I think I got flatworms from them. So I think they have good products (have not purchased any corals or fish from them) but just not up to the kind of standards a lot of us have for our tanks. So if you get any pods or MA, I strongly suggest checking through it as much as you can.

Reefcleaners.org or reeftopia.com are the only places I would use for CUC. I've been very satisfied with both places but I order more from reeftopia. But just because I've ordered from them for years.

Been ordering Reefcleaners.org for years, and not once have I been disappointed. Great customer service.

Reefs2go. Might be okay for you, but if traveling a long distance like to me in Washington State I wouldn't order from them.

I've ordered zoanthids, Sun Coral, "pods" and macroalgaes.

The pods and macroalgaes are the only things that survived the guarantee. All others were in bad condition or dead upon arrival. Even with heat packs.

The company sends these critters with no air in their tiny bags with barely enough water to keep the animals wet. I've suggested "breather bags" and more water in the bags but my suggestions went unheeded. Ended up ordering more pods with free shipping to replace the dead animals.

Really sucks to pay huge shipping fees on things that arrive near death.

Reefs2go sucks... I did a few group buys with them & was pretty disappointed. I'm talking 2000.00 plus orders. Also once you place a order with them I can almost guarantee they will blow your email folder up daily. I've unsubscribed at least 10 times lol

I've ordered from them quite a few times and actually really like them. I have had some DOAs but they never asked any questions and gave me a refund within 24 hours.
