This is close to the same setup that I have laid out, lol. Except mine had bubble trap after fuge instead of beside skimmer. What kind of filtration are you using in your sump my man? I was going to build a box to put in my first compartment to hold a media bag to run my drain back through otw into the skimmer. It is about 3"×3"×5", I'm hoping that is big enough to hold a media bag, lol. If not I will need to adjust

I have filterpads slid inbeetween the 2 traps before the Fuge. Also I have a filter sock rubberbanded to the incoming water. Their is also porous rock in the bottom of the bubble trap.

Right on.. I am hopeful that I will find the right combination to use in the mesh bag setup. I just have a control problem and really like for everything to be simple and clean as it can be. I guess you could say I am a true minimalist, lol. OCD is a true pain because I really worry and stress over every litte detail. I can only imagine how stressful trying to layout an aquascape is gonna be..[emoji22]
