Ricordea or Rhodactis - how do you really tell?

Sorry, I didn’t mean for my post to sound like I was arguing or calling anybody out. I sincerely want to know how to better identify. I just don’t believe that rounded bumps really solidifies the classification.

No worries. Maybe start a thread where you offer to identify ppls shrooms. Learn through helping others.

The first ones are “different” because they are yumas. Yumas have bumps all over with a pronounced mouth in the center that sticks out like a giant zit.

First is Yuma, second is ricordea Florida, third is Rhodactis. I don’t understand the confusion
