I'm much happier with this set up. Let me know what yall think! :)

I really like the structure on the left. The structure on the right has been striking me as a little imbalanced feeling. I wonder if the high point was on the overflow and then it tapered down to the front right. Essentially a mirror image.

Don't take my comments too seriously though - I'm no master rock scaper and if you like it, that's all that matters.

+1 I would try to open up the scape on the right side too. It looks a little bunched up. I really like the left side.

It's been a couple weeks since I've posted an update. Finally got the rock where I like it. As you can see brown algea is everywhere!! The beginning stage of cycling! You'll never hear me be excited about this again during this tank build lol. Starting to see some green hair algea start up, and purple?? Been cycling for almost 2.5

weeks. My ammonia is at 0. Nitrite is at 0.2 nitrate is at 45. I just ordered some miracle mud for the refugium. Debating on the algea for the refugium. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

This is looking really great - no ammonia spike yet, right?
Thank you! As of now ammonia is at 0. Unfortunately I didn't get my testing kits till 2.5 weeks after I started cycling so idk if it spiked. Seems like things are calming down though. Starting to see some green algae pop up!

Now you have to decide what help to organize the export of nutrients. Maybe I would have done reactor biopelets.
But it's not so easy to set up, the easiest I think it's algae
good light to let them grow. This is how my system.
Well, even in addition GFO reactor

Nice build... Chaetos would be great... I have both Caulerpa and Chaeto in mine with miracle mud + a bag of chemipure elite and a bag of carbon.

Here are some updated photos on the fuge. I ended up getting the chaeto algae and some miracle mud. Thank you everyone for the suggestions! Much appreciated.

Hi! I have never met a successful outcome from the mud.
I think the time will pass and you will sweep the her and leaving only the grass.
This is only my opinion.

How are those lights working out for you I'm thinking of adding these to my build. Just hoping for your review since you've had them running awhile.

Great build! The stand turned out awesome and the light mounts with the wires hidden look great!
