I need some help I bleached my live rock last night and this afternoon I changed the water to ro water and added prime but the rock is still smelling like bleach what should I do

How much prime should I use and also it's only been in prime for like 4 hours should I let it go over night

When I did it I didn't measure, just poured some in. I'm not sure if you can use too much. And I soaked mine overnight, then let it dry out in the sun. But like chefjpaul said, it will dissipate when completely dried out.

So as long as the bleach smell is gone it's safe to add to my tank or should I dry it out anyways just to be safe,, I am starting my tank fresh so I could add more prime to my tank once the rock is put in

Change the water every day for Atleast a week. Then let dry in sun. If it still smells rinse again.

Next time use muriatic acid. Does a better job and rinses much easier.

Ah ok I'll change the water again today, so I have to use ro water for every change or is regular tap water ok

Ok cool thanks,, now when should I put the rock into the tank I plan to fill the tank and mix my saltwater today then probably next week I'll be getting live sand, would I add the rock at the same time I add sand then start cycling the tank

Personally would give the sand a day or two to settle out, then add rock along with a filter sock or some rocks that come from a known healthy established tank.
If you put sand in tank first, then cover with something so water doesn't hit the sand when filling, the sand will settle much quicker

Oh ok I'm not in a huge rush so I don't mind waiting for it to settle,, should I be running my filters once I add the water and salt so that it will help mix it up

Filter? Do you mean sump? Yes.

Would either put sand, mix water and salt to temp in separate container then add to tank.
Or
Mix salt and water in tank to temp, then add sand.

Another words, don't put sand in fresh water. Unless you're not using live sand than it doesn't matter

Ok I'm going with the second option because I'm not getting the sand today just the salt and I have a ro unit for water

Ok
Then you will definitely cloud the water and need a day or two to clear. And would give a day with no water movement/filter off to settle out some

Light off on display tank,
and
skimmer off , or on with no collection cup
Till cycle is complete
