Rock sculpting

I find myself buying ‘boulder’ rocks when I feel like my aquascape needs a shake up. I use a flathead screw driver and a hammer to break it up (using the chisel technique) and I create stuff (mostly arches) or just spread the rubble so my Zoa beds have a little up and down action as they grow over the rubble. Also makes fragging a breeze :) my newest tank with a couple nice arches

yeah I use boulder rock sometimes too. By breaking it up and re shaping it I find it more appealing.

Yeah none of mine are that large.

I built that first, large one to be the "Backbone " of my reef. I have two very large ones and the rest of the reef is on top of them
