Replaced every thing with stuff from WWC tuned booster down to 85 psi. But I'm getting a rate of 240 gallons a day. But it's 3 TDS going into di and 0 coming out.

Did you replace membrane?
If so hope you replaced/matched your flow restrictor

Me, would turn booster down to 80

Sounds like things are good now. Wow, 240 gallons per day? That's alot
I run my booster pump at 86-88 psi.
