Well we found the culprit... waste tube worked its way out of drainsorry - this doesnt make complete sense - because its impossible to see the plumbing.
1. Not sure what 'filter' youre talking about.
2. Not sure where the laundry is compared to the closet.
3. Where do you think the water is coming from - you shoudl be able to see - is it dripping from above - below.???
Suggest - take all of the stuff out of the closet (everything) until you can see where the water is coming from

AWESOME

Thanks. Never would had thought to check that. Installing a mount for tube before running again! Just hoping no long term damage.AWESOME![]()
Thank you for advice... headed to Walmart now... lol. I planned on cleaning up the tubing soon, guess I should had done it properly from start. If you filled 1 5 gal bucket, depending when the line came loose, you may have 15 to 20 gallons of water that ran through that wall. Empty the closet and get a dehumidifier in both the laundry and the closet to dry it out from both sides before mould starts. Even if you have to buy 2 dehumidifiers, it will be cheaper than tearing out the walls and having the framing treated for mould. It may take 5-6 days for things inside the walls to dry properly that way.
Also, take the source water tube which is crazy long and swap it with the waste water tube.
You can take the waste water tube, and push it as far down the washer drain as possible, to make sure it can't work itself out.
Less tubing, cleaner setup, less problems.
this same thing happend to me a few weekends ago but the line fell into the floor of the garage lol
I wish! Laundry room is good... tile floor... bedroom not so much. Hopefully this is just a 400$ mistake and not a 4000$!this same thing happend to me a few weekends ago but the line fell into the floor of the garage lol
