So I have a 20g long tank with a sump with an adittonal 10g in it. Currently have a female clown, Starry Blennie, Royal Gramma, and a cleaner shrimp. Im thinking im fully stocked but wanted to ask opinions on adding one more fish or a cherry shrimp?

Depends on what kind of filtration you are running. Skimmer, algae scrubber, refugium?
Skimmer and Refugium, as I said the sump holds 10g of water so the system is 30g total. Skimmer is rated for like 125g and the fuge is a cheato fuge with a kessil h80 grow light.

Totally depends on the fish. If you were thinking about adding, say, another clown then you'd probably be alright.

Not sure lol problem with another clown is my current female is stupid agressive, she killed the last male i had with her. Leaves the other fish alone tho.....just not my hand.

You could easily add one more small fish and a shrimp, shrimp are almost zero bioload. I have 29 cube and you have even more water volume than I do. I have 2 clowns, a freakishly HUGE royal gramma, a strawberry pseudochromis, a sixline wrasse, a yellow rose goby, a pistol shrimp, and a peppermint shrimp, with no issues at all.

hmmm well the differance is you have more display volume lol......like a 6 line in my tank is a bad idea, tho i like the idea of a goby

Not much more display volume, my tank has a false wall that is between 3-5 gallons in volume. I wasn't giving you a fish recommendation list, just pointing out my fish to gallon ratio. However, just out of curiosity, why no sixline?

Always just kinda heard they can be mean.

Mine is the biggest baby in the tank. Never even bothered my firefish, Neptune rest his soul. When I had my 75, a few years ago I also had one who never bothered anyone either.
Maybe.......always wanted one, think it would be okay in the 20?

You would be fine adding 1 or 2 more fish. All depends on filtration, husbandry, and compatibility. Some fish need safe areas for resting and to escape if need be. You could look into a pink streak wrasse or even a pygmy cherub angelfish.

I second something like a possum wrasse. Stay away from six line, I've witnessed them slaughter other fish.

Wouldn't that cherub be to large?

Nah. They are docile little guys. I've had one for 8 months now without any issues. Even my 30 gallon has a smaller foot print than your 20 gallon. Only thing is, they are territorial. Much like your royal gramma, they need a hiding spot. So as long as the gramma and the cherub have a spot to hide, you will be fine. Same would go for the pink streak or possum wrasse. Without little homes, they get stressed easily.

Hmmm because one of them and a shrimp goby combo sounds pretty sweet. My rockwork is pretty minimalist so id probably throw in another piece to add an extra place to hide.
