That I didn't specifically take the time to look up. I always kind of figured if they weren't then everyone running ozone through their skimmer would be complaining of cracked and deteriorating pumps. Plus the Ultra Reef skimmers use Sicce pumps which have a long track record of reliability.
For what it's worth, the only thing I have heard on these forums specifically being damaged by Ozone is nylon and other incompatible soft tubing components - these can easily be searched by looking up an ozone compatibility chart. I think a lot of the risks purported on these forums are based off theoretical incompatibilities rather than practical experience in a saltwater aquarium. My hypothesis is this is probably due to the high levels of organics in the water and the small amounts of ozone recommended for use in this hobby.
The main reference for information on the subject is RHF's articles from 2006 on reefkeeping.com. That was almost 20 years ago. I imagine if ozone was actually as dangerous & damaging as that article leads one to believe, no one would be using it all by this point. Or at the least, we would have more very specific accounts of damage caused by using it and land mines to avoid. Particularly with the way information in this hobby gets parroted.
If you do a thread title search on Reef2Reef for "Ozone Damage" no results are found. Perhaps the accounts of equipment damage are out there, but I haven't been able to find them.
Disclaimer: Not trying to discredit RHF or his knowledge, contributions, etc.; he's been incredibly helpful to me personally and the hobby as a whole. Just saying that 2006 was a long time ago and there has been a lot of information and first-hand experience added to the hobby since then.
Again, I encourage you to do your own research and form your own conclusions, I'm just sharing my conclusions after researching the subject myself.
