I messed up my aquascape for sps, i basically have no room in the 400-550 par area. So i plan on buying one of those floating magnet rocks from alternative reef at reef a palooza

Yea the og rr wolverine, i had it for a year, possibly a little more. It NEVER grew, ive re mounted it about 4 different times and nothing ever happened. I figured it couldve ben a pest so Dipped it in bayer and it croaked lol

I have the option to get the wolverine back or a yimy frag of the wwc after party. But on another note i got some nice shelf pieces of live rock today so i can powerwash and cycle to fix up my aquascape

This is exactly why u dislike reef crystals, i was telling someone this the other day. The 30 gallon tank i use for wcs get this brown crud after 2 days of mixing. Usually i make water for friday, then friday night i add the salt, then execute my wc for sunday afternoon. I always fill a 5 gallon bucket up with new saltwater to makr up for testing/frags/skimmer/ ect. After 4 days of storing in a bucket, this is the brown detritus/crud/dirt/w.e it is that collects on the bottom of my bucket.

Then i have to take a baster and suck it out i to the cup because only god know What in the heck this stuff is

@NanaReefer I think it was you i was talkin to about this. Correct me if im wrong lol. But im getting sketched out on what this is, so ill be mixing regular IO with reef crystals for now on
