Sorry to hear about your rhomboid. It's always depressing when you lose a fish. Especially when it's over something that shouldn't of been able to happen. How did he even get in there?

LOL OH MY!! thanks for cheering me up. For me loosing a fish is the tuffest part about the hobby, and its so hard to just brush off. I really though she (she will always be a she because i bought her as a she lol) would pull through, but didnt realize the serious trouble she got herself into. Ill be greeving over this for weeks

I always kept fairy wrasses in the past and usually would jump, chase eachother, forget it. Theyd get stuck in situations thats nearly impossible to get out off. Theyd all windup fine, i had a pintail hanging out in a protien skimmer for a day from slithering doen into the sump through a gatevalve
 
My rhomboid was the most friendliest calm favorite fish i owned. I litterally got rid of my lineatus just so she wouldnt be stressed out.

Crazy right? Kev the rhomboids mouth fully open is bigger then the hole she got stuck in.
 
This hobby really gets to pushing you. Just last night i took a bunch of frags plugs out of that area to make room for some stuff i was picking up today. Just so happens a fish gets stuck the next morning smh. I cant even add more fish because my purple tang makes everyone roudy

Well, glad my lil' blenny a cause of many of my panic attacks in my tank as he gets himself into more trouble than a little bit was able to at least cheer you up a little! He does it all the time and seems to like that particular hole for some reason!!!:confused: Even if I stick a plug in there he will pick it up and toss over the side of rack and then look over at me like he is saying ... your move lady?!?!?!? :confused::mad:
