Hi! I am really sorry you are going through this. But, first of all, you have to be patient and go really slowly in this hobby. Every fish or coral you add, you must wait a while - and by while I mean weeks or months depending on what you add- until the tank stabilizes again and you are sure evrything is in good health. I also think you added fish and anemones too fast and maybe as others more experienced than me say, you did not do enough research on compatibility. Also, you say your LFS said the water quality was OK, but you have not posted any of your parameters. I would also not give up, but start the tank over doing your research and going slowly this time
