New lfs opened up here, spoke with them briefly, they brought them in and started qt'ing for me. They ate right away for them yesterday then just a few minutes ago for me. Thanks Brett.

Yep, not sure where or how it happened. It was a vapor cigarette, but not mine or 1 I've seen my buddies with.

The emperor is steadily picking at food and nori. The foxface and chocolate tang are chowing down anything that hits the water. I've been feeding a 1/3 sheet of nori a day (getting the foxface fat hopefully) and mysis. Tonight was strictly pellets with good results. Bring my salinity down for hypo treatment, I'm down at 1.014 tonight.

Glad to hear they are eating for you. My Blue Eye Kole was very shy and would only pick at items on the bottom of the QT. Two weeks later, it is eating everything that I put in the QT and even eating from the water column now. Crazy how quickly they can be trained.

Yes sir. My foxface was shy a 1st, but now waits at the edge for food. Occasionally eats from my hand. He's teaching the new guys about who brings the goods,lol. Glad your tang is well. Looking forward to him in your DT.

Updates:

Sps are growing!! Finally!
I sold both clams last night (Chris, don't yell at me,lol). I had to for my future resident, a emperor angel. I'd rather not tempt it.

Guys in qt: all 3 are eating, but show signs of ich. Salinity is 1.010, I'm dropping it tonight to 1.009. UV is running and water perimeters look good. I just hate seeing my guys like this.
