Any of you ordered in the last week or Feb-March of this year ?
How long did it take ? It says on the website that they stock it here in the US... but it's been 4 days of no updates on my order.. Thanks
 
Took a week for mine to say shipped then when I tracked it it wasn't really shipped just shipping information received they said 4-5 days later it finally shipped been bout 5 more days and it says it's here in America now but just that order was forwarded for shipping so idk going on 3 weeks tmrw and not here yet

Thanks for your reply... what did you get ? I got the 32" pro.. and that had a special free shipping... but same... no updates..
 
I think I saw where they were on vacation this week or last week. Not real sure but I saw something to the effect.

Yeah but they have workers, I saw that too but it's about answering phones.. They said "Shipping" "Processing" is going to be normal and tracking will be shipped out.

Not taking up for them just saying that's what I saw.
 
I ordered s bars from them last year and received them in about 3-4 weeks. They were actually back ordered at the time so it took a little longer because they were being made to order. Following post because was deciding to order again but not really trying to wait so long for goods again
 
while reading at their FAQ... shipping delays should be noticeable on black friday deals and holidays.... If 3-4 weeks is the normal process then they should say that... and remove "In stock" to "processing 3-4 weeks"

I hope the owner actually looks at this thread when he comes back from Disney...

I still have respect on other's vacation so I don't bother sending him a message
 
Their shipping and customer service is terrible. I received a damaged light 3 months ago and I'm still waiting for my replacement. It also took me writing several emails and Facebook messages to even get a response...
 
I ordered mine on March 14, so its been 10 days. I'm not really that stressed about because my tank is still cycling but, I think the cycle is almost almost done

The lights are awesome but they need to figure their customer service out. I don't think they can keep up with the demand.
