What's funny is they post stuff on Facebook almost daily but take forever to respond to customers with issues.

Disclosure: I sell their lights. It does take Mike a long time to respond but I can order if you'd like. Just pm and we can talk. I do not know if he will respond quickly to me but he usually does. Many stores also sell his lights but their markup is higher because of keeping them in stock. Mike basically competes with his distributors:9(

If I only knew from the start ? Sheessshh. I would have just get a different light... I'll wait for another 1.5 weeks to get my light.. If not.. I'll just cancel my order or contact my CC and just get a different light.

Bad news it's shipping from Singapore :(
 
SO when are you getting it ? What model ?
I'm not sure when I'll get it, below it what says on the DHL website. I'm assuming at least another week and half to 2 weeks. Model is the 16" ramping

Mine says delivered, can't wait to check it since I've heard DHL doesn't handle packages well
