Ok so I have access to get a small sea urchin straight from the ocean and caught by me. Is it worth it could I just add it to my tank or what.

Unless you absolutely love this urchin, I would advice not to bring anything caught straight from the nearby shore into your DT without QT.

Nope. I used to catch them for fun but I'm going to find one this afternoon

What do you have in your DT? If it's a long spined urchin, it can get real big over time and will start to cause problem either cuz it starts to knock over your corals as it searches for food or it's just too big for your tank. It could also be an easy target for ur fish if you have ones that eat inverts. A tuxedo urchin would be a better choice for a reef.

If the anemone is from temperate waters it may not acclimate to the higher temps of the average reef tank.

Just a few snails right now. My fish broke out with brook.

It's a 10g tank. And the long spines are huge. I saw one without the spines that was a ft across
