Well I finally got back into town and my gift has been sitting here waiting. I am not going to open it until Christmas, as that is what should happen right? Unless it is ok to open on the first night of Hanukkah as @Bleigh mentioned. Being Jewish myself, this is my first dealing with anything secret Santa related.

So a bit of good news! My secret santa was able to get in touch with Amazon and they confirmed the packaged was indeed not delivered correctly/stolen and will be sending him a refund. They where even kind enough to say they would resend the gift! So here's to waiting again eagerly. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to my secret santa. They really did not have to go out of their way to resend and I appreciate their kindness greatly!!!!

Frankly I could use them for this really cool gingerbread reef I am making for the family contest!! I love my Hanna pH checker but I would have also loved those fish! They could have put me over the top in this years family contest!! It’s about the fun of the process more than about the outcome.
