I just bought a new seneye. I am not a happy customer. I hate spending money on things that don’t work out of the box. I’m hoping someone here can help since I have not yet heard back from their email only customer service. I installed the seneye connect program. When I launch the program it prompts me to sign in then connect the seneye unit. When I plug it in the program does not see that unplugged it in. Just keeps the same message about plugging the seneye into a usb. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times and I have tried on 3 different computers all with the same effect. Does anyone have any advice for me?
