That's awesome! Sounds like he might have a bit of a direction he is working in, which SO many don't these days
My oldest is a girl. She is considering vet. Ugh that's an expensive adventure. My youngest 2 are boys and fb players.

OOOOO THAT'S right, I'm sorry man, it's been sooo long I forgot

And a Vet? That sure is an expensive endeavour for sure! But she could have said Doctor instead...

My daughter is a pre-vet major. She’s a junior this year. They say it’s harder to get into vet school than medical school. Even the professor tells the pre-vet students to have a plan B cause out of 80 students only 20 will be accepted into vet school. And her grades aren’t where they should be , so we will see. But it’s not all about grades. They look at experience too, and she’s been working at vet offices for 4 years now. This spring she will start applying to vet schools.

Thats a crazy thought it's harder to get into vet school than MD. Insane

Love cocoworms... Always wanted one . Don't know much about them though. Filter feeder I assume
Sure is. I let the food thaw in the tank. I'm sure it will be good to go with that. If not than figure something out.

I love my mixing barrel. I got home last night knowing I needed to do a water change. Mixing barrel 3/4 full 3 minutes my buckets full and in 10 minutes my water change completed.
I wish everything was that easy.

we used to use gravity for water changes in biocube before I bought a separate pump. My husband would stand up on the fireplace bench and hold the bucket up higher than the tank.... :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing: The other night when I was doing a water change and pumping the water in via pump.. I looked at him with a grin and said, "dont you miss holding the bucket up high for me." :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing::rolling-on-the-floor-laughing::rolling-on-the-floor-laughing::rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:

I use to pour water in the tank from a 5gal bucket. One day I looked down and light bulb went off Marineland 1200 pump laying on thr floor. Why don't I use that. Never looked back.
That was a game changer
Last year bought a 40g brute trash can and made that my mixing barrel. That makes water changes so much easier

He is and he also like to remind of it constantly ;):face-with-rolling-eyes:

He is also a bit on the short side, so watching him trying to hold a 5 gallon bucket higher than the fish tank was quite a fun (for me)

Only way to go long term IMO, I love my mixing station and still am not sure what's going to happen when I move the tank downstairs. I need to find a new home for it somewhere, just not sure where yet :thinking-face:
