Mark_D no problems. Everyone is different. The bridge originally had much more of curve when it was dry fit. Then when I put the mortar on and let it dry it became very rigid, stiff and straight. I wish it wasn't so straight because it looks very un-natural. But its pinned on each end and will come right out in one piece in case I ever have to remove it. Also I'm really hoping when the SPS grows out you won't be able to notice the straight bridge ;).

ok Im glad you didn't get offended. :) That was the reason why I wasnt a big fan.. the bridge was too straight! Like you said..once stuff starts building on it, Im sure it will look perfect

I thought for sure that drilling for the rod would crack the pieces into rubble...??? The two larger pieces on the left and right of the bridge, are those large individual pieces or you connected multiple rocks together?

The rock is all Pukani rock from BRS. It drills very easy with no problem. Very light weight. There are only 2 pieces one on each side. They are big. The one on the left was one solid piece that I chiseled out to make a passage.

Just wanted to post my newest additions. Cleanup crew and my Bali Picasso's. They are quite small just a little over 1 inch but we wanted to watch them grow. The black should fill in quite a bit as they mature. Got to see the parents and probably close to 900 various others at the breeders. Went there for Onyx and left with these. :D

EDIT: Sorry I didn't clean the glass before the picture. Doh..

I'm currently still alternating between the modes. Don't have a lot of coral yet to say which one is better. But most of the time I run them in Reef Crest mode a little over 50% strength.
