Hello I’ve had my tank for approximately 8months with fish (3 months without) it’s doing so good and I just recently did some adjustments removed all the fish and moved the rock a little so I could trick my clowns to think it’s new also removed all predator fish to another tank so I’ve got 2 clowns, 13 different corals, turbo snail, and horseshoe crab. Hopefully they will breed! I’ve been told my clean up crew isn’t enough but I am almost certain I should be set. Any ideas?

Depends on algae growth. If you aren't seeing any algae, you might have too many. If algae is taking over, you have too few. If you see a patch here and there. You are on the border of enough.

30gallon tank but as I said it’s only 2 clowns and in addition 13 corals witch eat broken down fish poop. Not really a crew but turbo spends his day cleaning the tank and rocks and horseshoe is under the sand doing something haha

Well I can see why people say your "crew" is too small but it's your tank and you have to be the judge. My 50 gallon frag tank only has 4 cerith snails and a molly, but I still scrape too - so too small.

I have a 10 gallon sump with a Xenia refugium as well

+1, A small tuxedo urchin might be a good choice if a herbivore is needed.

I love mine, but he's a little terror to corals. I have to keep gluing my frags down because my hermits keep eating the glue.

Here pictures of me feeding them. I don’t have a full tank picture right now but it shows from one side to the other. Sand stays clean turbo stays busy and sump cleans everything. Xenia starting to take over refugium. Weekly 25% water change.

I would say a couple of asternea snails or margarita snail. Something on the small side to get between rocks and move your pink/red goni. It can't extend its best there.
Urchin might go for clown eggs. So, maybe a no go there.
If you can find any, nano conch or 2.
a couple of trochus snails or nerite snails
i would try to add 2 of each first.

I’m aware of my goni just haven’t found a spot for him. Probably going to switch him and my green star polyps spots. I will try the nano conch they seem promising. Thanks!

I have over 300 snails in my 75 gallon, mostly small. At night when lights are off the glass is covered with small snails. When the lights start to ramp up they retreat back to the sand bed and rocks. And still had several spots of GHA on my rocks and some of the larger snails are camouflaged with long algae. I had to manually remove most of it because snails will not touch it if it is too long. At least my sand is mostly clean though.

I wouldn't suggest you getting that many if you do not have the algae for them to eat, they will starve in your tank.

Looking at your tank and the size I would suggest;
2 Trochus
2 Turbos
2 Cerith
2 Nassarius
1 conch

This would be a good start and they wont starve. You can always add more if they cant keep up.
I think variety is important in a cuc as they all do slightly different jobs
