73gal with two Kessil A360WE (max 55% intensity and blue) , started adding corals since 5 months and some does well but others are not, found out later my system is too clean with No3 and Po4 zero, so i started feeding more and even added nitrate dosing, now its been a month or more that No3 is from 5 to 8ppm range and Po4 with 0.08 to 0.10 range, I haven't dosed since 2 weeks and No3 Po4 is still around that range.
I dose RedSea Coral Color ABCD every other day, Reef energy twice a week, ReefRoid once a week.
Majority of zoas and 2 favia corals that does not look good and is still the same. Not opening fully and colors faded.
1 Emerald Green Palythoa Grandis use to be nice and green and multiplied form 1 to 3 now but its bit faded and shrinked.
Other than that hammer, torch, orange ricardo, green leather, acan, green goni, pink zoas are all doing fine and growing.
Okay to the question in title, instructions say adding trace minerals as per the Ca/alk consumption, but the problem is I have two part from B-ionic setup with doser and if I just add 2ml each day the alk goes from 8.5 to 9.1 in one week, If i stop completely alk starts come down, but the Calcium test (RedSea) always in 500+ and it never came down for as long as i know (8 months+), If thats the case the very low dosing of 2ml or none for Ca, make me i can't dose trace elements at all?
Does adding Reef Energy, Coral color ABCD, Reef Roid alter Alk?
Here is some pic of not good looking zoas, favias totally disappeard so nothing to picture.
I am trying to find whats wrong so i can fix it.
