Show me your cool tank stand!

I am in love with this build. I wasn't sure it was said, how many gallons?

Thank you @Regikier89. It's just a 120g. If interested, I recently did an update in the build thread in the signature block below.

In all fairness she spends very little time in the cage. She's in when guests are over, or she wants to drink water (She loves drinking from the bottle vs a bowl most of time). I also made sure to make this as safe as possible.

Its an AIO. So unless the tank itself leaked there's no danger of leaks. Its a steel 1.5" steel stand that I could easily park a car on. I used monstaliner (truck bed liner) to paint it and topped it with 3/4 oak plywood top. Edge banded, stained and several layers of polyurethane. I also made the top bigger then the stand so that if it ever leaked it would leak away from the stand/cage. GFI outlet. Lastly I added a couple water sensors to my apex just incase! Everything is mounted and tucked away out of reach.

So hopefully I thought of everything and covered all my bases. Beats having a boring cage sitting on the floor for sure!

Good Planning. You will be fine. Just take it easy when you clean the glass or place the rock or corals.

Heres mine, still working on it.

Really like this stand. My wife would say...French country. HA!
Its set up for a 55,but will take up to a 90. Frame is 2x4 and 2x6 with pallet wood skin painted off white with a walnut wash and slight distressed look.

I make all kinds of stuff from pallets, never thought about skinning a stand in it. Great looking stands guys/gals. Just got some new inventory in yesterday!

Pallet stands are fun,..I think I've built a total of 4,..plus coffee tables and head boards...your design can be limitless and you'll never run out of pallets. lol.

This is my own personal stand built by myself, octo is hand cut, stained glass behind using tank lights, bottom lit by fuge light.
I built a 2x frame and the cabinet is freestanding, I canslide the whole thing out to get to gear if needed, w/out any obstruction.
Wood is African mahogany.

Your stand inspired me to built my own one.
What stain and final coat did you use???
