I have 3, a male meleagris, a female potters, and a female negrosensis. I can't get a good pic for the life of me I've tried. M & T your kuiter's is beautiful.
Your color is different because she is very young and hasn't been in an aquarium for a long period. As it gets older the color will change. Mine is a big female. Like other leopards, you can really tell the difference between female and male, their faces and markings change quite a bit.
Brett, This also goes for your female Kuiter's. She may be an adult female, but she hasn't been out of the ocean for long, as she matures in your aquarium, her colors will change a bit also. This happens to most fish, they lose their "brilliance" somewhat.
Here is a picture of my Potters wrasse, it's not the best angle. I just tried to take another picture, but she won't hold still, so I gave up. How do you guys get yours to pose so nicely for the camera?
