That's a sweet piece, surf.

Here are a few of my ORA's. All pics except the first pic are under Phoenix 14K 250W DE's.

i only have a frag of that unknown ORA coral.

a new saltwater specialty store opened about 20miles from me. he will be carrying a good bit of ORA stuff (fish, corals, clams).

i already have an ORA ultra maxima which is pretty cool. but the ones they got in this week are wicked (black and dark blue). and only $30 for 3".

they also had an ORA Australian Delicate frag. pretty cool.

i just got a frag of australian delicate this weekend. hopefully it will color up. i cant get over how tiny the branches are. i broke off several just mounting it.
here is a terrible shot of it. kind of an awkward pic through the water, as i have it mounted on one of those frag magnets on the back glass.

here is a pic of my scripps pink, its an old pic before my camera took a nose dive. pink w/ blue tips, and greenish polyps.

Here is 2 of mine

Purple Tip Indo Stag @ 1 year.I have fraged it many times. It seems to not mind fraging it will branch out more if you cut the tips off every few months. You can't see it in the pic ,but the base is about 6" in the rock work and the top was pointing at the front glass.now it has started branching upwards and growing at a fast rate around 1+"a month. It is one of the fastest growing acros in my tank.

Turquoise stag @ 1 year fraged it the past so the growth is a bit slow, but is starting to grow at about 1/2" a month now that I have moved it next to the Indo stag.

I love the australian delicate. Mine broke into a couple oieces when I took it off of the mount. Good part is that it grows very quick.

My ora german green woth blue polyp acro.

whoohoo!! i just picked up 2 pretty decent sized frags of the real deal ORA purple pillow.

funny how its green/aqua with white polyps. lol

its definitely some sort of deepwater coral, pretty cool looking

only been in the tank a minute after i took the pics, and was freshly fragged, and epoxied to a frag plug today. so they are understandably a little ticked since its been a rough day of transition for them.

the guy i bought them from broke off a piece that was too big. so he cut the top off of the one on the right. each is a little over an inch tall, and an inch or more wide. very tiny coralites, just like the australian delicate, except a tiny big thicker.

Nice snag, surf. I just picked up a new one, too. It's a little over an inch (maybe 1.5"). Not bad for $20.

well crapness, i'm really ticked.

i glanced in the tank right before i headed out to work tonight, and the purple pillow frag on the left was almost completely rtn'd from the base up. i grabed it and all the tissue completely fell off. this absolutely blows.

the frag on the right looks ok. although i havent really seen the polyps extended from either of them since i got them.

they did have alot of stress, changing to 3 different tanks in a 12hr time period, plus being expoxied to a frag plug. i moved the other frag to an area of lower flow and low light in the corner of the tank to hopefully encourage some more polyp extension. so far no signs of rtn/stn.

everyone send your prayers for the other frag. [-o<

me also,

speaking of rtn, that blue polyp nasuta dissolved over three days. i fragged it into four pieces but they all slowly one by one rtn'd. i'm thinking he is selling pieces off of wild colony's as aq'd, not too happy bout that.
