If you feed frozen mysis, eggs can survive the freezing process and hatch in a tank.
So that is one possibility.
Another is they came in on rock, coral or anything else that may be in your tank.
As for an exact ID on this, I am horrible at ID’img shrimp, but @vetteguy53081 or @KJ should be able to ID.

Opposum shrimp is just another name for mysis shrimp. They are the same.Could they be opposum shrimp? Anyways my pom pom xenia are loving eating them.
