i think they normally don't jump but my tank is just 9 inches tall. Still I was shocked the only other fish in there is a pajama cardinal and he's not aggressive.

Maybe he's passive/aggressive!

I've had a couple of the little sailfin blennies from the Caribbean that look almost identical. Favorite fish I've ever had!!!

Pretty much the same as Emblemaria pandionis sail fin blenny. Can be bought for 15.00 at KP Aquatics LLC.
