Side lying fish!

Possibly nitrate/phos reducer and the diet is lacking tangs needs.
I recommend garlic soaked brine shrimp, Nori seaweed, mysis shrimp, Frozen diet such as LRS or rods foods, formula 2 flake, and Plankton
The pellets has garlic. I do have seaweed also I'm going to attempt to quarantine in a container for tonight I don't have any other choice

If these arent the issue would this kill it?

A fish on its side is not likely to last long...even with treatment, but if the fish is still eating, there is always a chance. I agree with the others who have responded and advised that the fish might be too stressed or sick for a freshwater dip. If this was my fish, I would just add some PraziPro to the MD. It is a treatment all my new fish get anyway, but I use the treatment in an isolated sick tank before adding new fish to my MD. PraziPro is supposed to be safe to use in the MD if used as directed. Others here may be able to answer if it's been safe for use with anemones. I've used it with snails in a tank and various other corals and had no issues.

Was a sea horse tank. It got bryopsis and cyano and nitrates spiked. Took out my whole tank even with many water changes. Anyhow I had them for the horses. This has been attached to this urchin for months lol. He grabbed it when my horses were in it.
