I would at least QT & treat any fish that look to be in distress, and worry about the others later.

give the angel a fresh water dip to confirm or dismiss flukes, either way all your fish will probably need treatment for one or the other. If there hard to catch maybe try a fish trap. Angels are sensitive she probably the first to show signs

He's been in the 20 qt since yesterday about noon...too early to tell much...is swimming around when I turn the the lights on...it only 5:30 am...let you know how everyone is...actually I don't personally pray...but every little bit helps...looking for a used 40 for a new qt...I"ll pray for your little fishies. If you were closer I could lend you a 75 gallon!

@Congaken check out the UV sizing guide that Pentair-AES has published here:

You need to dose the water through the UV at around that suggested rate (or less) for your target organism.
Pick the slowest recommendation if you have multimple targets on your list.
For example, they suggest 105 mJ/cm2 dose for velvet, but 280 mJ for marine ich....so you target ich with your design and both are "covered".
You can look at one line of sterilizers they sell here and get an idea of what you'd need:

If I'm doing my off-the-cuff math right, you'd run their 18-watt unit at 30 GPH (or less) for an effective dose against marine ich. You could do up to 204 GPH with their 65-watt unit.
Personally, I would chat or call someone at Pentair/Emperor, AquaUV or Lifegard – someone with a history of selling UV that has instructions/guidance that you can understand – and get a specific recommendation.
Call your LFS if they use them in their store and ask about their experience and who they use....and if they'd recommend them.

Hi Meredith...now I have a nice 30 QT almost ready to go...been nearly a month since the angel showed that spot...its gone, no other fish has shown any symptoms, he seems fine except for a little bit of flashing, especially in the morning...otherwise, we are toughing it out waiting (we hope) for nothing...wouldn't someone have shown something by now?...used that Fritz Zyme 9 live bacteria...put in 2 shrimp cocktails (one at a time) and each time we went to 0 ammonia...good stuff, used a whole bottle like you told me...Do you have any more optimistic words for me?...Ken

Hey Ken. The flashing isn't good or normal so keep an eye on that. I dont know about optimistic but the best news is that you have a working QT up! Yay!
