Hello,
I am currently struggling with my SM253 spitting out a bunch of micro bubbles. I have tried tuning the skimmer many times and I still have this issue.
Does anyone else have an issue with their skimz skimmer pushing out a lot of micro bubbles?
Skimmer was bought used and has been up and running for about 2 months now. Pulls a lot of skimate just produces a lot of bubbles some are making it to my display which is just annoying to look at
I know from the factory it was not able to adjust the air into the skimmer. Air adjustments are made by selecting the pump speed. The person I bought it from added a valve to adjust the air. Could the bubbles escaping be caused by me not flowing enough air to the skimmer by throttling back the air valve?
