SloppyJ's Extra Sloppy 93g Rimless Build

How is the one g3 working on the cube? I want to run one g3 on a 60g or 90g cube but I wanted to be a heavily dominated SPS tank and don't know what size to choose..

Thanks Nove.

Miyagi, I am very pleased with the coverage from the one unit. I have it at 10" and I have no issues.

Some updates:

Having a diatom issue. Just can't get rid of these dang things. I have some coral in here that's doing great.

I added a NextReef MR1 with GFO and a NextReef SMR1 with 250ml of vertex biopellets.

I rescued a watchman goby a month or so ago and I just recently added a baby kole tang.

Some acans and a dragon soul I found at macna.

Nice!! Do you have any full tank shots? And I just set mine up 2 months ago and I also added a baby kole.

No full tank shots yet. Still trying to get all of the diatoms off of the rocks. They're being stubborn.

Id recommend using aio biopellets im having great success using them and so are many others check it out and use a recirculating reactor if your using biopellets

Obviously you missed the picture about 5 posts up. :)

I'm running the nextreef smr1 pellet reactor and vertex pellets. They've only been running for a few weeks though and I'm only running half the dose (250ml)

Well I experienced my first fish loss in a long time. I added a kole tang to the tank about 2 weeks ago. He was perfectly healthy but wouldn't even look at any nori sheets I put in there. I was feeding at least 1 time per day and yet he kept getting skinnier. I found him under my rock work this morning. My goby is doing just fine though so I assume it was some type or parasite on the tang.
