Hi Desmond, the RO chamber is actually large enough to last upto 10days given the ambient temp. in the room... We are I guess starting Summer here in the UK even with the rain but because the temp has risen evap has slowed right down... I've only used 6ltrs in the last 5days... On that basis it would last about three weeks... If the house was locked up etc for a holiday it would be less I think... Now during what we call winter.... As long as the heating is on for a few hours a day I use the complete top up a week... So as of right now no plans for an extra top up No need...

Hope that helps.

Good to know as that was one concern I had. I also would love to add a fuge into mine. Is the cabinet on the far right a good size ?

Here in the UK an acrylics producer has created a partition for the sump area from the filter sock divider to the the first baffle with slots cut into it to allow flow... You can pretty much then have both a decent sized skimmer in the back and a fuge at the front..

Skimmer is doing Great actually... cup of ugly brown stuff every ten days or so... You reminded me actually that it's time for a deep clean in the sump this weekend coming... great fun... haha

Awesome! That hammer is insane!

Thank you, I never lied it started out as a few well placed frags from a local Reefer but has grown into an amazing thing to look at... it houses my Starry Blennie and I think my sixline wrasse spends time in there as well.

Quick update... My nems are at it again gone from Three babies to Severn now.... I lost my cyanaria (think that's right) the other week... not sure why actually everything else fine in the tank it just seemed to deflate and waste away (out of the tank quick smart)

Tank and sump are due a deep clean this weekend so will post some pictures once it's all nice and tidy again...

Thanks for reading.

So what's been going on.... Well 7wks ago I broke my foot in two places whilst cutting my neighbours grass.... Yep we ares doling our house and I wanted to make sure everything was tidy for the agents pictures and slip,snap,pain.... Doinle Metatarsal fracture.... we are now a few weeks away from moving and I am starting to plan the tank move... The RBTAs haven't helped as I now have 12 they seem to really like it in the tank hahaha

I chuck up some posts during the move to keep you all entertained as I try to move the laregest glass tank I've ever owned without killing anything or dropping it.........

Wish Me Luck.
