So, how many of you name your fish?

I got a new royal gramma and was asking for ideas on a name. It got me curious as to how many of you out there name your fish? Do you do it as soon as they come home, or do you watch them a while to make sure they're gonna make it or for personality traits? Right now I have Romeo and Juliet, a lyretail anthias pair, Firefly the purple firefish, Baby the clown I raised from a mated pair of tomato clowns I had, Snorkel the Tasha goby and my Royal Grammar that is still waiting to be christened. Let's hear some of your tags for your favorite fish!

Out of all the fish in my tank, I only got to name one of them, that was the yellow Kole eye tang. I dubbed him Sir Kiss-A-Lot.
the other fish were named by my daughter. (She names everything, including her cars),. LOL

All of ours have names. As soon as they get home thanks to the rest of the family. Usually related to the species or some obvious trait. Labouti, Jaws, Dotty, Stripes, Pinky, Yoshi, Dart, Nemo, Oreo, and the three Barletts are known as The Sherberts.

Out of 30 years of saltwater, I only named 2. A snowflake moray eel named ZIGGY, he'd swim all day long. And my new baby clown trigger named CUJO.

Ok, I've come up with a name for the royal gramma. He shall be dubbed KB for Kowabunga! The second night I had him he went overflow diving and he was down in the sump for about 3 days before I found him. Seems like a fitting tag for an adrenaline junkie!
