I was suprised when you contacted me over the issue a year after the purchased. Most folks including myself would let this go. I have better things to do than argueing over a piece of chalice.
I did tell you that I had sent you the corrected frag after you made the initial contact. I did tell you that you the piece shown in the picture appears bleached. I'm 99% sure that I sent you the right piece. I leave out 1% to give you the benifite of the doubt that I sent you the wrong piece.
I never tell you that this issue is closed. You pm'ed me again last night after I made my first post on this thread. I told you to say what you want to say on this thread since you have a tendency to twist words and exagerate the messages that I sent to you. Plus there is no reason to start a drama and then pm the seller to replace the frag in question. I have nothing to hide. I always try to work with a buyer when a problem arised.
I originaly raised an issue of this coral not being correct within months of recieving the coral. Then when I told him that it wasnt it the first time he said it was too small, and in a different system, etc. and it was BGM and there was nothing he could do. Respecting that I waited untill the coral grew more, which is very slow, since it is not BGM. And that is where we find ourselves today, with a coral grown out more and still not Tyree BGM.
I don't know what else I need to do to keep you from thinking that I"m on a high horse. I did offered to replaced the coral for you even after 2 years! Most vendor would think that I'm crazy if I call them even a year later that I had some problem with the frags I purchased from them. They would think that I'm crazy. Nobody in their right mind would replace the frags for me. I wouldn't expected to.
Rit you need to get off your high horse and admit that you may have made a mistake. I am sorry to hear that I have no reason to contact you and this issue is closed. That makes me sad, money is not the issue. It is a matter of principle. Clearly you have none. Good luck in your future indeavors.

As I said in my first post, you agreed initially to my offered but backed out. I saved some of our pm'ed. I have the pm that you agreed to my offered. You never offered to pay for shipping. I offered to replaced the coral and I asked you to pay of the shipping cost which you agreed to the offered initially.
You are something else. You will stop at nothing to prove your point even it means twisting your or anyone else's words. You got me on my improper grammar. You may have problem understanding me now but you seem to understand me fine in our initially transaction.
I never refused the deal, and never backed out. I even offered to ship back the coral in question at my own expense and never got a response to that offer.
English definately is not his strong suit and makes communication difficult. I would never refuse anybodys offer to make a mistake correct. And that offer still exists. However I feel that I should be recieving a decent sized frag and no 1 eye eraser tip.
It ****** me off that you had to start this kind of drama especially I offered to replaced the frag for you. This drama could be avoid if you are a reasonable person. I don't really care at this point of what you want to do. I know most folks would say the heck with this since this issue is 2 years old. It's understandably so.
As ****** off as I am, I don't feel like working with you after the drama that you put forth here but a part of me want to get this out the way. My initial offer still stand. I offered you a 2 eyes frag of the BGM. I would offer you a larger frag if there was a good chance I sent you the wrong frag but I don't think I did. I still think that there is a 99% chance that I sent you the correct frag. The piece looks bleached out. It's hard to tell when the coral is bleached out.
