Something is in my Corals Skeleton

I have a hammer coral and recently I saw that there was something in it. I thought it was its mouth but after looking at it I don't know what it is. I am really worried as the Hammer coral is slowly starting to show more of its skeleton. I believe it is affecting the coral. I have a frogspawn and that coral is doing great. I recently dipped the coral in coralrx but don't know if I should do more. Please help I don't want to loose this coral. This picture was taken after I treated it with coralrx

Looks to be a barnacle possibly. Remove it.

I have had it for about 3 months

After looking at it some more it definitely is a barnicle. It probably grew extremely fast since we keep such high parameters and optimal growth environments

Okay, remove the barnacle and hope for the best. Walls are notoriously difficult to keep.

Just pop that bad boy off... should allow the coral.to come back to normal.pretty quick

It should.pop.of pretty easy with a pocket knife. Or a pair of bone cutters.

pry off carefully with a needlenose pliers wiggling it off and discard
