SPRING IS HERE! How does nicer weather impact your reefing?

So spring is here and the weather is REALLY nice (at least it is out here on the best coast. Ha!). Does that change how you enjoy your reef hobby?

I know for me, I am spending more time at my LFS lately. The nicer weather has me enjoying being out in the street more, so it's an easy decision to drop by my LFS, especially on delivery day!

How about you guys?

My reef takes a hit because I’m outside doing yardwork. We have a small 20acre hobby farm.

The nicer weather has me enjoying being out in the street more

Me too.

I tend to go up to more women and ask if they wanna see my reef tank

It means my heaters don't have to work as hard because my skimmer isn't pulling in freezing cold air.

It means my chiller fires up.

Means I can keep open window in fish room for about another month.
Also means I need to hurry up and figure out fresh air exchange and how to seal fish room up and keep temps stabil before I have to close fish room window before it starts hitting 110-115 degrees!

Spring has sprung and summer is on the way ... sadly I think that’s going to mean a chiller in my future.

Sadly i have a few issues lol 1) i live in Scotland and were still in lock-down 2) my car is in the garage and my mechanic drags his heals lol 3) i am disabled and house bound with out the car lol so unfortunately i am in a no win situation all round lol
