My Triton ICP test doesn't show chloramine. It only shows elements, not molecules.

Would the ICP test show this?

Does your water company use chloramine? If yes, do you have carbon blocks in your rodi specifically for chloramine?

I honestly don't have any idea if they use chloramine. I'm trying to find some info on it now on the web but.. I am coming up short. I live in DC. I do not have carbon block in my RODI unit. I do have the ability to add them in-line. Probably wouldn't hurt.

I am getting a carbon filter for this now. Hopefully this is the issue.
But, if this is the issue, I cannot think of why this wouldn't have caused problems before now. The reef has been up running and successful for over a year now.

chloramines can tear through carbon blocks fyi, make sure to keep up with it

You can always add some Prime to your reef and rodi til you get the proper carbon block

I will look into this. And also, just to be sure, the chloramines wont show up with on the TDS meter?

Nope, TDS wont show chloramine or chlorine
