Sps Spotlight: Rainbow Montipora

How well does it take high flow?
I have a spot I'd like to put it, but the flow might be too high. I had an acro in near the same spot and I had to move it due to slow growth. I have a pavona near where I want to put the rainbow monti, and he doesn't mind the high flow one bit. It just grows more like a vase.
This was probably the lighting, not the flow

I don't think so. We're talking pretty close to the gyre. I have a huge pink birds nest that is lopsided from being in front of the gyre for a couple of years. It's a pretty direct hit at the spot I'm thinking of.

What are you guys experience with this coral and others? Specifically palys. I have some palys that are very aggressive growth wise. Most of my corals don't seem to be bothered by them, but a few were.
I have a mixed reef.
Thanks
I have a encrusting sunset Monti that is slowly growing over my Zoas.

Somewhere over the rainbow monti's are blue...and orange...and red...and purple...

I know this is an old post, but my son loves this Monti. Does anyone happen to have any that look like this one?
