Sps stopped growing please help

Please help me . About 1.5 years ago my wife was pregnant and when we where waiting for our fist baby I did not have that much time for my tank ,my parameters where out of range and some sps corals died and they stopped growing . Since year I’m keeping all parameters stable , changing water very 2-3 weeks , and my coral won’t grow almost at all . My system info 300g dd with 70g sump in basement , lights 3x Radion xr15 g4 pro + 4x t5 all blue plus (new bulbs every 8 months) , flow 2x mp60qd , calcium reactor , 80w uv light . Parameters alk 9 , ca 420 , mg 1450 , nitrate 1-2 I tried keep it little bit higher )phosphates 0.08 . I’m adding acropower every week . Like for me everything looks perfect and corals are looking good , good pe , good color and they are growing extremely slow

when corals have trouble in a unstable unmaintained tank they as you put it get stressed and sometimes die. in your case you are in recovery from poor husbandry. how long have you been back on top of the tank? 6 months a year? it is gonna take a good amount of time for them to recover readjust get healthy then grow. simply its going to take some time.

I’d bump up calcium and nitrate, it also seems like you’d need more flow and light for a 300g to keep sps really happy. Pics would be helpful.

They did grow very well before on same lights

Everything was fine with me, too, until September, but I was not happy with my light, so I added one Kessil A360UW (75 gallon tank).
After that, coral growth tripled. If I dosed 10 ml of ESV (KH and Ca) before installing Kessil, then after installation I still have 30 ml daily.
And I also agree that there is not enough light. Now, if 3 X Radion would be XR30, it would be much better.

I agree not enough light I have 3 Radion XR30 G4 pro's plus 4 t5's on my 120 gallon. Have you checked your Par numbers.
