Sps stopped growing please help

I just checked my lights with par meter , on top of the rocks where all sps are 250-300 , bottom 2-3” of the sandbed 100-120

Pics of your corals would be very helpful

I mean, things look pretty good to me. What are you expecting? to have colonies double the size? So this is how it is 1.5 years later? Somettimes, for me at least, when they get to a certain size, it's hard to tell how much it's grown, vs. from a frag. I bet there's growth that you can't tell.

I always found if you want more growth you need higher alk not lower. I always found if I was about 10-10.5 dkh, with calcium above 450 and mag around 1350-1400 with nitrates about 5ppm and po4 about .10, I've always had the best growth in my system.

I know you said you par was 300s but did you test everywhere? You could go from 300 to 150 in a matter of a few inches. I'd think you are giving a spotlight of par under the xr15s which creates decent colonies but then diminishes elsewhere. Over a 300dd tank I'd honestly have atleast 4 xr30s for even coverage. Maybe even 6 total.

The big colonies survives the crash 1.5 year ago , like I said everything was growing very well before , since that time when I’m adding frags they are growing extremely slow or not growing at all

I mean your tank doesnt look bad at all. And the pics of your corals look good. Just add more frags lol. Let it fill in more.

I’ve had some Frags grow quickly and I have had some that grow very slowly. It’s just the nature of sps imo. I don’t see anything wrong with the tank but do agree with others that more light and flow couldn’t hurt.

My red Montipora is very far almost brown and not growing , also Montipora setosa is almost brown and it is on top of my rocks
