Thanks for the shout mta_morrow. I appreciate it. And I'll admit it wasn't my idea, I got it from a member of our local club who, like me, does some collecting of these in the Florida Keys. I even have the full size adults in bigger end caps and you'd never know it to look at them.
Kimberly, if you haven't seen it yet, there is a link in my signature below that is a thread with a lot of good RFA info and leads. And like you said, they are prettier in person. And they are CRAZY pretty under all blue leds in the evening when the house is dark!
Just an update, I recently had my 3rd round of RFA babies. That's 3 times in a little over a year. I think it's because they are happy with the water quality and that I feed them directly every week or even more. So far I've found 12 babies in the sand and rocks near the parents. Some are really hard to find as they hide under the parent and also blend in very well among the ocean of zoas in my tank. All together I have 30+ RFA now, but only about 5 are full size adults. Even the ones over a year old are just 1" to 1.5" in diameter. The new babies are about 1/8" in diameter.
