Stump Remover Mixing ??

I made a new batch of solution but i mixed 1 tbl. spn. to 1 cup of R/O so it was pretty strong .
before adding to display my NO3 was approx. .03 / .05 i have approx. 300 gal. TWV and i added 30ml.. Re- tested about 20 minutes later and my NO3 was up to 1.5 .
Didn't add anything the next day and tested again , NO3 was down to 1 , stayed around that for 2 days then dropped to about .75 i dosed 5 ml. for the next few days and tested again and it was up to 1.5 . dropped to 3 ml for a few days , tested again and it was down to around 1
I turned off dosing pump for a few days and i will test again at the end of the week and see where im at , maybe i only need to dose 1-2 ml a day to keep it a little more stable .
I have noticed that a lot of my corals do look better and some not so good ? i have a small colony of SPS that started STN as i raised the NO3 ? i will clip and see if it stabilizes ?
