What is your phosphate at? Are you doing any carbon dosing?

I would check dKH more often then that, especially if the tank is new or you're new to SPS.
What's the dKH now? Do you dose alk or Ca? What is your water change schedule like?

I'm not sure how Stylos handle high phosphate, but that sure is high.

my dkh is 8.6 as of yesterday and my tank is 13 months old and i dont dose anything i do a water change once a month of about 25 gallons on a 170G system (150g tank + 20G sump)

i also dont run carbon or gfo i guess i will need to if this phosphate kit is accurate i will run another test to confirm it

I don’t think you can save that frag but you might get lucky and have some bail out babies. Leave the frag in place and do a decent water change. Recheck that phosphate test just to be xtra sure. The rest of the frags don’t look too bad. It just might be a finicky poci frag. I have an entire pocillapora colony from one single bail out polyp.
