Maybe a Myths thread or wives tale thread?

I'd like to see charts.
Lighting and flow charts for certain corals
Reef compatible fish
things like that. Charts that at a quick glance and easy to read.
200 percent agreeing on the above. I know there are varying opinions and regular reading of posts is very educational but it is hard to find "articles" that cover what you are needing to learn about. Would be extremely helpful to have a clear index to all articles (rather than just listing links). Perhaps there is such a thing but it is not easy to find if there is. But I LOVE this place, just now wanting to make it even better. Love it truly.I love the idea and as you produce the articles I would suggest the following.
There is already so much good content here in the R2R site buried among thousands of posts within thousands of threads. I know that I personally have spent hundreds of hours doing research before I even started my build. Then hundreds of more hours since then on every topic related to reef keeping. Over time I have taken notes and copy/pasted things from the site that I felt were really helpful and started building my own content. Almost every question that I see posted has already been answered many-many times over previously (and those answers vary greatly).
At first it is frustrating to see so many different answers (opinions) but over time you learn to appreciate that there are many different options. But you have to spend tons of hours of searching and reading to get the full picture. So articles that collect and summarize content on each topic would be great. As you write your articles, I would like to see various options included to let the reader see each topic from all sides and decide for themselves which way they want to go.
On topics like reef chemistry for example, it is a bit easier to nail down the facts and produce an article that readers can count on. However, for most topics, there are so many opposing opinions (probably because there are so many viable solutions) that a balanced approach might be the best way to go.
I love the idea of articles to capture and summarize content. Is there a way to cull through R2R and pull that information out mechanically? Is there any search capability or other ways to “crawl” though the site and collect info on each topic?
